* "The content of each of the documents that has been submitted in support of the selection of a particular city as the site for the FTAA Secretariat is the sole responsibility of the person or entity which submitted it for consideration."

** "After careful consideration, the City of Colorado Springs has decided that it does not wish to be considered further as a potential site for the Permanent Secretariat of the FTAA."
