Negotiating Groups
This section is dedicated to the nine Negotiating Groups established in the San José Ministerial Declaration. Providing assistance to the negotiating groups has been the Tripartite Committee, which consists of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Organization of American States (OAS) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC).
