Intellectual Property

The course deals with patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade-secret laws, and transfer of technology. It reviews the legal regimes supporting each of these areas, and concentrates on the requisite contractual and institutional mechanisms for transferring intellectual property.

Policy makers, legal and financial advisors, officers of national intellectual propertyand transfer-of-technology institutions, and individuals who need to be familiar with the institutional and contractual arrangements for transferring intellectual property.
