IV. Definitions: A. Trade in Services

Chile/Mexico
Chapter 10: Article 10-01: Definitions:
Cross-border trade in services is defined as provision of a service:
a) from the territory of one Party into the territory of the other Party;
b) in the territory of one Party by a person of that Party to a person of the other Party; or
c) by a national of one Party in the territory of the other Party.

Chile/Canada
Chapter H, Article H-12. Definitions
Cross-border trade in services is defined as provision of a service :
a) from the territory of one Party into the territory of the other Party;
b) in the territory of one Party by a person of that Party to a person of the other Party;
c) by a national of one Party in the territory of the other Party.

Mexico/Nicaragua
Chapter X, Article 10-01: Definitions
Trade in services is defined as supply of a service : a) from the territory of one Party into the territory of the other Party;
b) in the territory of one Party to the service consumer of the other Party;
c) by a service supplier of one Party, through commercial presence in the territory of the other Party;
d) by presence of national persons of one Party in the territory of the other Party.
