The twenty-sixth meeting of the FTAA Negotiating Group on Services (NGSV) took place in the city of Puebla, Mexico, from 1 – 5 September, 2003. Delegates from the following 24 countries were present: Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, México, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago, United States, Uruguay and Venezuela. The NGSV discussed all of the items in the agenda, which is attached to this Communiqué.

The next meeting of the NGSV will be held in the city of Puebla, Mexico, at a date to be determined by the Trade Negotiation Committee.
