The twenty-fifth meeting of the FTAA Negotiating Group on Services (NGSV) took place in the city of Puebla, Mexico, from 21 - 25 July 2003. Delegates from the following 21 countries were present: Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Trinidad & Tobago, United States and Uruguay. The NGSV discussed all of the items in the agenda, which is attached to this Communiqué.

The next meeting of the NGSV will be held in the city of Puebla, Mexico, from 1 – 5 September 2003.
