The deliberations followed the agenda:
- Draft consolidated text on Subsidies, Antidumping and Countervailing Duties: Articles 4-6: definition
of domestic industry, initiation and subsequent investigation, evidence.
- Identification of options for deepening disciplines on subsidies
- Identification, based on the Study on the Interaction Between Trade and Competition Policies, of
any areas that may merit further consideration by the TNC
- Other business
