VIII. Transparency Requirements: C. Enquiry Points

Chile/Mexico
Chapter 16, Article 16-02: Information Center:
Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this agreement.

Chile/Canada
Part IV, Chapter L, Article L-01. Contact Points
Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this agreement.

Mexico/Nicaragua
Chapter X, Article 10-07: Transparency
Each Party shall promptly answer all of the other Party's requests for specific information on the measures set out in paragraph 1 (see section "A. Publication" on previous page). The Parties will establish one or more information centers in charge of facilitating specific information, upon previous request of a Party on the measures mentioned in paragraph 1 as well as those measures that fall under obligatory notification as set out in paragraph 3 (see section "B. Notification requirements" on previous page).

Mexico/Bolivia
Chapter IX, Article 9-10 in both Agreements
The Parties will establish procedures for:
a) Party to notify and include in its schedule :
i) state or provincial measures (in conformity with Article 9-06 on Consolidation of the Measures) and all modifications to these;
ii) non-discriminatory quantitative restrictions;
iii) commitments relative to Article 9-09 (on future liberalization of non-discriminatory measures)
b) The Parties will establish procedures for the carrying out of future negotiations aimed at increasing the overall liberalization of services between the two Parties (in conformity with Article 9-08 on future liberalization).

Mexico/Costa Rica
Chapter IX, Article 9-10 in both Agreements
The Parties will establish procedures for:
