Chile/Mexico
Chapter 10, Article 10-04: Most-Favored-Nation Treatment
Each Party shall accord to service providers of the other Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to service providers of any non-Party.

Chile/Canada
Chapter H, Article H-03:
Each Party shall accord to service providers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to service providers of any non-Party.

Article H-04 - Each Party shall accord to service providers of the other Party the better of the treatment required by Article H-02 and H-03.

Mexico/Nicaragua
Chapter X, Article 10-03: Most-Favored-Nation Treatment
Each Party shall accord to services, as well as to service providers, of the other Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to services and service providers of the other Party or of a non-Party.

The provisions of this agreement shall not be construed so as to prevent any Member from conferring or according advantages to adjacent countries in order to facilitate exchanges limited to contiguous frontier zones of services that are both locally produced and consumed.
