V. National Treatment

Chile/Mexico
Chapter 10, Article 10-03: National Treatment
Each Party shall accord to service providers of the other Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to its own service providers.

The treatment accorded by a Party under the paragraph above means, with respect to a state, treatment no less favorable than the most favorable treatment accorded, in like circumstances, by that state to service providers of the Party of which it forms part.

Chile/Canada
Chapter H, Article H-02. National Treatment
Each Party shall accord to service providers of the other Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to its own service providers.

The treatment accorded by a Party under the paragraph above means, with respect to a province, treatment no less favourable than the most favourable treatment accorded, in like circumstances, by that province to service providers of the Party of which it forms part.

Article H-04: Standard of Treatment
Each Party shall accord to service providers of the other Party the better of the treatment required by Articles H-02 and H-03.

Mexico/Nicaragua
Chapter X, Article 10-04: National Treatment
Each Party shall accord to service providers of the other Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to its own service providers.

The treatment accorded by a Party under the paragraph above means, with respect to a state or a region, treatment no less favourable than the treatment accorded, in like circumstances, by that state or region to service providers of the Party of which it forms a part.

Mexico/Bolivia
Chapter IX, Article 9-03 in Mexico/Bolivia and Article 9-04 in Mexico/Costa Rica

Each Party shall accord to service providers of another Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to its own service providers.

In addition, the Mexico/Costa Rica Agreement specifies the following:

The treatment accorded by a Party under the paragraph above means, with respect to a state, treatment no less favorable than the most favorable treatment accorded, in like circumstances, to service providers of the Party of which it forms part.

Mexico/Costa Rica
