Chile/Mexico
Chapter 10, Article 10-02: Application Scope
Measures adopted or maintained by:
a) national, federal, state governments and authorities; and
b) non-governmental bodies in the exercise of powers delegated by central, regional or local governments or authorities.

Chile/Canada
Chapter H, Article H-12
For purposes of this Chapter, a reference to a national or provincial government includes any non-governmental body in the exercise of any regulatory, administrative or other governmental authority delegated to it by that government.

Mexico/Nicaragua
No specific reference to bodies covered by the agreement. However, Article 10-06 (Consolidation of Measures) refers to different governmental levels for measures that do not conform with Articles 10-03 (MFN) 10-04 (National Treatment), and 10-05 (Local Presence). It also specifies that the Parties shall include in their schedules any federal or central non-conforming measure within one year of the date of entry into force of this Treaty.

Mexico/Bolivia
No specific reference to bodies covered by the agreement. However, Article 9-06 (Consolidation of the Measures / Mexico-Costa Rica) refers to different governmental levels for measures that do not conform with Articles 9-04 (National Treatment, in Mexico/Bolivia: Articles 9-03), and 9-05 (Local Presence). It also specifies that the Parties shall sign in which any federal or central non-conforming measure should be listed within one year of the date of entry into force of this Treaty.
