PRESS COMMUNIQUÉ
- The Twenty-fourth Meeting of the Negotiating Group on Government
Procurement (NGGP) was held in Puebla on August 6, 2003. The following
countries were in attendance: Argentina, Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Chile,
Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti,
Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and
Tobago, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, United States, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
- The agenda approved for discussion is attached as Annex I.
- The meeting considered all of the items on the agenda.
- The Group acknowledged receipt of the civil society contributions
forwarded by the Committee of Government Representatitves on the
Participation of Civil Society to the NGGP.
